EXecultant Consultancy is a business that collects information from other businesses or individuals solely for the purpose of or if providing one of our services as needed. Information may be gather through the website, business meetings or during an ongoing business relationship. Managing the information privacy and confidentiality of the business or individuals we interact with is out top priority.

We gather information from individuals or businesses that may express interest in the services that we offer. Individual and business who may express interest in our service are not limited to a certain criteria ( such as gender, sex, age group, geography location, culture, business type, or organization type) to be describe as we welcome and invite anyone to freely express interest in the services we offer.

We gather information including but not limited to individual full name, email, phone number, business or organization name and reasons for connecting with EXecultant Consultancy. This information are gather to identified the party in which we will communicate with based on the interest they express in our services. Based on the relationship established between EXecultant Consultancy and the interest party, there may be more information gathered during meetings or written or verbal conversations. Further mood, information are gather based on the established business relationships and relevantly necessary to obtain the goals for which the our services are needed.

We gather information through our website contact form, booking a consultation or meetings and intake form. Information gathered from the contact form are gather from individuals or businesses who have express interest in our services or would like to learn more about the services we offer. We also gather information when an individual or business decides to book a consultation for our services through our services page. We also gather information from individuals or business when an agreement is established to have a meeting in which we gather more information on the needs of the party and reasons for which I services could facilitate. EXecultant Consultancy also collect information using from businesses of individuals using our intake form. This form is intended to gathered relevant details about the individual or business needs which help us built a better working relationship with our clients.

Information Usage

Information we gather are use solely for the individual or business needs which include but not limited to establishing relationships with individuals or businesses expressing interest in our services, maintaining communication and providing our services for which the interest was expressed.  Information are not provided or given access to any third party outside the business relationship between EXecultant Consultancy and individual or business expressing interest, unless in a situation where the relationship or other services needed require a third party with some form of expertise relevant to the accomplishing the individual goals or meeting the business needs. In this situation, the individual or business will be fully aware and in consideration of providing relevant information (on a need to know basis) to the third party to fulfil individual or business needs.

After Usage of Information

Once the business needs have ended between EXecultant Consultancy and individual or business expressing interest in our services or after services have been provided. EXecultant Consultancy holds the information for 90 days after which the information is deleted from our file. Information that have been deleted can not be use to establish any new relationship. Establishing a new relationship will require the gathering of new information on the individual or business expressing new interest in our services.

As mentioned earlier, it is our top priority to protect the privacy and confidentiality of the information we gather from individuals or businesses expressing interest in our services, individuals or businesses we offer our services to or base on the relationship established between EXecultant Consultancy and other parties. We promise to protect the confidentiality of the business relationship and only provide information to other parties base on the business goals, in consideration of providing the information or on a need to know basis. Information may be collected to learn about which service interest the individual or business, which individual or business needs require our services or establishing a relationship.
