Execultant Consultancy LLC does not provide or offer any business ideas to clients. It is the client's responsibility to come up with a business idea or develop a niche for a business. Execultant Consultancy only provides or offers the services necessary to transform your business ideas into a real operational business. This will require collaborating with the client to brainstorm ideas, establish achievable goals, work with partners or vendors and form the business out of the ideas.

We assume that our business startup processes can be applied to most (if not all). This is the reason why we recommend an initial consultation where we learn a little about your business, project aspirations, industry, and you as the business owner. We research the industry and business trends. If required tasks fall within our level of expertise, we will consider offering our services. But if the business idea is outside the level of our expertise, we let our client know that we cannot offer our services at this time.

Execultant Consultancy LLC does not provide funding for business or projects, nor do we provide any suggestions or recommendations to any funding agencies or institutions. It is the responsibility of the client to provide or source funding for their business or project. Execultant Consultancy LLC holds no responsibility for situations resulting in failure and setbacks due to lack of funding or working capital for a business or project that we are working on for our clients. Please feel free to discuss any financial concerns to get clarification on our stands when it comes to business or project funding.

Every relationship with Execultant Consultancy LLC is established and backed by a contractual agreement. The contract will clearly define the expectations of the relationship between the Execultant Consultancy LLC and the Client. The relationship ends when all business goals have been accomplished or all project goals have been accomplished and accepted by the client. In some instances (which will be defined in the contract) the Execultant Consultancy will follow up with the business or organization after the terms of the contract are terminated

In such a situation, the contract will be reviewed to decide the best course of action(s) to take. The contract between Execultant Consultancy LLC and the client will define in detail that if a business or project is left undone, who is to bear the penalty or any cost impact of losses? Execultant Consultancy would like to work with clients who have the willingness to delegate the efforts necessary to start and complete the business or project goals.

Execultant Consultancy LLC respects privacy and confidentiality and promise to protect the trade secrets of all our clients. Whatever information that is obtained during the relationship (Whether working on a project or business or professional Development) is considered confidential information and will only be disclosed to individuals who are listed on the contract as representatives of the client's business or associated with the project or services. After the contractual relationship is terminated, Execultant Consultancy LLC will hold the information for three months at which it will be deleted and destroyed from our files. We take pride in 100% privacy and protecting the information of our clients.

All our services excluding initial consultation are paid services. The payment amount and payment terms are discussed between Execultant Consultancy and the client. The agreed-upon payment amount and payment terms including payment methods and time frame will be defined in the contract between Execultant Consultancy and the client. Execultant Consultancy holds the accountability of delivering the expectations of our clients, as we also value clients who also hold the accountability of meeting payment obligations.
